Art and climbing are the only two activities I've found that soothe and quell a loud mind. In problem solving - conveying expression on canvas or finding a way up a climbing wall allow me peace from a mess of thoughts. A clarity.

January 2023 saw my piece Carousel exhibiting with OutsideIn's Humanity exhibition at Sotheby's. And for a number years I've competed nationally and internationally for GB in Para-Climbing.
